Scott Lillich

Scott is an Executive Coach, Leadership Development Consultant, and Group Facilitator specializing in integrating Systems Thinking, Somatics, and Zen practice to foster authentic and resilient leadership.

With over 20 years of hands-on leadership experience —progressing from frontline manager to executive level leadership—he knows only too well the complexities of organizational dynamics, team development, and cultural transformation.

He holds certifications as a FEBI Assessment Coach, a Master Practitioner of NLP, an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and is a dedicated practitioner of Zen Buddhism, Aikido, Tai Chi Chuan, and Qigong.

In addition to coaching and consulting, Scott is a faculty member of both the Institute for Zen Leadership and the Academy of Leadership Coaching & NLP.

When not coaching or torturing himself with ridiculously long hours of Zazen (Zen meditation), you will usually find Scott on a "nature adventure" with his wife and two kids in the wild forests and coasts of Northern California.

If you want to build a ship, don’t drum up people to collect wood and don’t assign them tasks and work, but rather teach them to long for the endless immensity of the sea.
